Site Description	UU Princeton is an active, welcoming congregation with a healthy balance of long-term members and newer seekers. The congregation is very active in social justice and outreach, has a solid and growing Children's and Youth ministry program, and has members and friends very active in various community groups. We're focusing on Membership and Communication, long-term financial planning health, and expect to have a Green burial site up and running by the end of the 2026 calendar year. We have a long history of serving as a site for students completing practical ministry placements at Princeton Theological and Drew Theological.
Job Description	Our intern would gain leadership experience in the core areas of parish ministry: Board work and Administration, worship and preaching, teaching, pastoral care, social justice and outreach, and denominational connections. They would receive support and guidance form the two ministers currently serving the congregation, as well as a couple of retired, student, and area ministers associated with the congregation.
