Site Description	Florence Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (FUUF) is a lay led congregation located on the central coast of Oregon. We have about 50 members, and about the same number of friends. Sunday attendance runs 35-50 most weeks. We have been a UU fellowship for over 20 years. Our congregations is comprised of mostly retired folks who have located to the Oregon coast. About 1/3 of us tend towards the Unity/Center for Spiritual Living approach, another 1/3 are UU, and the rest would best be classified as "seekers" although we have a significant number of Jewish members. We are currently serving as Teaching Congregation for a UU Intern (Chaplain Jesse Ford) which will end in February 2025. We have a significant LGBTQI+ presence. Like the general population here, we are not particularly diverse in ethnicity or race, being mostly White.
Job Description	1/4 to 1/2 time Ministerial Intern, responsible for providing 1 service/month, attending and participating in monthly Board meetings, providing one on one pastoral care, and assisting the Board in developing programs which deepen our relationship with Unitarian Universalism. Assisting with our fledgling Youth Fellowship and Social Justice efforts. Willing to explore the intersection of UU and Unity approaches.
