Site Description DRUUMM is the oldest and largest Unitarian Universalist People of Color ministry and anti-racist community organization based in North America. We are an integrated auxiliary organization affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA) and operate as a 501(c)3. We are supported by DRUUMM Members (individuals who self-identify as People of Color) who affirm our Unitarian Universalist mission and values. People who self-identify as White are encouraged to belong and organize with UU Allies for Racial Equity, our close partner. DRUUMM, has a growing membership of UU People of Color from every district and region in the UUA. Led by a dedicated team of volunteers and several part-time staff members, DRUUMM continues to lead efforts to fulfill the Journey Towards Wholeness Resolution. Our work is focused on creating a diverse, ARAO (anti-racist, anti-oppressive), multicultural UUA. We strive to create and maintain spaces for BiPOC youth, young adults, and our families of color. We organize to heal, work collectively, and steward an effective organization that engages and empowers new leadership and members. For more information, visit druumm.org.
