Site Description	Historical Universalist, small, racially integrated, semi-urban congregation. 90ish members, 30% POC, 8th Principle Congregation. We have one service on Sunday mornings, averaging 60 folks in attendance and averaging 6-8 children in RE. Services were lay led for the year prior to settled minister starting in 2018. We do pluralistic and deeply ritualized worship, emphasize themes of communal healing and restoration, balance doing some UU 101 explanations of rituals and sermon content for folks who come from unchurched or ex-Christian backgrounds to feel more fluent in the service. There’s a strong Gospel and Jazz tradition in Philadelphia that has become a staple of our musical program this year.
Job Description	Monthly preaching, pastoral care duties, RE experience, potential OWL training and facilitation, justice work at state and local levels. Lots of GOTV work for 2024, and potential to get hands on leadership while settled minister is on sabbatical sometime in 2025.
