Site Description	We are a large, innovative congregation with a depth of robust ministries to learn from and with. As a community, we have a learning orientation in all we do, and are always seeking new ways to meet the most pressing questions of being human today. Northern Colorado is a beautiful and growing area, and will be a great fit for someone who loves outdoor adventures like hiking, mountain biking, kayaking/SUP, and/or climbing.
Job Description	After more than a decade without an intern, we are excited to be offering an internship opportunity in 2025. Because we have 3 ordained ministers on staff, we are excited to be able to offer learning opportunities in the whole range of congregational life in a larger congregation. From the development and oversight of a healthy pastoral care team, to social change and service efforts that work in partnership with local organizations at the intersections of injustice and inequity, to an ever growing program of spiritually grounded small groups that includes nearly half of our congregation on a monthly basis, as well as creative worship in a large church setting - wherever an intern is looking to grow and learn, we'd love to partner with them.
