Site Description	MUUF is a congregation that aspires to grow in both its ministry and in the people served by its ministry. The congregation is currently in an interim/transitional time between settled ministers, and will be soon elect a Ministerial Search Committee. MUUF hopes to call its next settled minister in May, 2024. The congregation is about to break ground on a new wing with a fellowship hall, kitchen, restrooms, and classrooms. The congregation adopted the 8th Principle in 2022, added care of the earth to its mission in 1993, and has been active in supporting LGBTQ rights since 1972.
Job Description	This internship offers a wide range of learning opportunities appropriate to the learning/serving needs of the intern. There will be regular opportunities for leading worship on Sundays, opportunities to support membership in its social justice work, opportunities for leading programming on spiritual growth and learning, and exposure to a wide diversity of congregational issues that are part of this transitional ministry.
