Site Description	This is a large, complex congregation with two campuses. The second, smaller campuses includes Spanish speakers and hosts a thriving food pantry on Saturday mornings. The congregation has experienced significant conflict over the past 5 years and recent ministerial turnover. Rebuilding trust and renewing our covenant is a major focus of this developmental ministry. This would be an ideal site for a minister considering transitional ministry.
Job Description	This could be either a one-year full time or a two-year part-time intern ministry. Responsibilities can be tailored to meet the intern minister's learning goals but will certainly include ample opportunities for worship leading and preaching, pastoral care, and social justice.
