Site Description	The Unitarian Universalist Church of Boulder (UUCB) is a robust, engaged congregation of 240 people in Boulder, Colorado. The congregation is active and engaged, with a good sense of humor, a commitment to spiritual deepening and to justice-making, and strong experience as a teaching congregation. We’ve emerged from pandemic with energy, hope, stability, and eagerness to build the next chapter of our church community. In 2023-25, we expect to do a capital campaign for our unique but aging building.
Job Description	The intern is a full member of a ministry and staff team that guides the ministry of the congregation. The intern is regularly part of worship, and preaches and leads worship services monthly. We aim for a well-rounded experience across multiple areas of church life tailored to the needs and interests of the intern, and will develop the full job description based on the learning-serving agreement. The Intern is expected to engage in weekly theological and ministerial reflection with their supervisor and other members of the Leadership Team, as well as meet regularly with the Internship Committee. We expect interns to be self-motivated and driven.
